We’re excited to announce that spoken-word frontrunner Kate Tempest is launching ‘Everything Speaks In Its Own Way’, a 72-page book of her greatest works, on the 23rd August.

Eagerly anticipated by fans of her passionate live performances, ‘Everything Speaks In Its Own Way’ is the first full-length poetry collection Kate has published to paper.

Designed and released on her own imprint, Zingaro, which she set up with long-term collaborator Luke Eastop, the book has been lovingly crafted with intricate attention-to-detail and packed with the most celebrated content of her career to date (as well as some previously unseen material!).

Also included alongside the book is a CD+DVD recording of her recent sold-out performance at the Battersea Arts Centre, bringing the words to life in their truest form; this package is as complete as one could hope for.

Were this not an exciting enough prospect already, Kate will be launching the new book with a special show at the esteemed ‘Old Vic’ theatre in London later this month. Joined by a fantastic line-up of performers including Polarbear, David J and Hollie McNish, it’s shaping up to be a ‘must see’ in the spoken-word calendar.

We’re yet to see a spoken-word product that’ll compete with this great, multi-medium package, nor an event that’ll match its exciting launch. Whether you’re an avid fan or an intrigued onlooker, we’ve no doubt that ‘Everything Speaks In Its Own Way’ and its opening evening in London are definitely worth investigating!
